East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a proactive Student Progression Mentor to support students in their personal and academic development and help them become independent learners. The role supports disaffected young people to optimise learning opportunities and offers training in Mental Health First Aid, Autism Awareness, Counselling Concepts, Safeguarding and DUST referrals.
The post is 37 hours per week, 37 weeks per year during term time, with a pro rata salary of £20,167 per annum.
