Are you an experienced CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator looking for a stable days-based role with early Friday finishes and long-term career prospects?

We're recruiting for a highly respected precision engineering company in Halifax that specialises in high-specification components and advanced machining work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator to join a modern, well-equipped machine shop producing precision components to extremely tight tolerances.

The Role

• Programming, setting & operating 3 & 4 Axis CNC Mills
• Working with Heidenhain controls
• Machining precision components from specialist materials including Inconel & stainless steel producing one-off & small batch work
• Working to tight tolerances & high-quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator
• Strong Heidenhain experience
• Ability to programme at the machine
• Confident reading engineering drawings
• Strong tooling & machining knowledge
• Experience with precision engineering work
