A leading advanced manufacturer operating from South Wales are currently looking to recruit a CNC Machinist. As a business they operate on a global scale and supply a diverse range of industries and are growing significantly. Benefits and Package:

• A starting salary of £35,000 - £39,000
• 5% company pension
• Quarterly profit share bonus
• 25 days holidays plus bank holiday

Role & Responsibilities:

• Set and operate a variety of CNC machinery - Machining facilities include EDM, CNC wire cutting, CNC grinding, honing, CNC milling, lapping and CNC turning
• Conduct thorough inspections of produced parts, swiftly identifying and addressing any areas of concern.
• Adjust setups, alter programming, and sharpen tools as needed to enhance performance and maintain optimal production levels throughout the manufacturing process.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a CNC Machinist / Operator role
• Ideally have experience working on hard wearing materials
• Ability to use measurement tools and gauges
• Manufacturing background
