SEMH Behaviour Support Assistant - Hailsham, Long-Term

Engage Education are currently partnering with a SEND school in the Hailsham area to recruit an SEND Behaviour Support Assistant. The role focuses on learners with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours, with a view to a long-term assignment and potential permanency.

You will provide one-to-one support, work with staff to engage pupils in learning, and feed back to teachers and parents. A DBS check is required and successful candidates may be offered ongoing CPD opportunities.
