We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work Hospital Team in Bournemouth. Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and risks in a hospital setting.
• Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
• Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families during challenging times.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Advocating for service users' rights and promoting their independence and well-being.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues.
• Excellent assessment and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
