Location: Butland Road, Oakley Vale, Corby NN18 8QA

Hours: 21 hours a week

Shift Times: 20:00pm - 08:00am

Week 1 - Tuesday and Wednesday, Week 2 - Friday and Saturday, Week 3 - Thursday, Week 4 - Tuesday and Saturday.

Sandalwood Court is a superb modern purpose built 60 bed care home which opened in August 2007. As well as developing friendships in the home we encourage residents to establish and maintain close links with their relatives, friends and the local community.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
