Children & Young People’s Domestic Abuse Support Worker

Fixed term contract until March 31st 2028

Hours 18.5 hours per week

Salary £26,513 per annum pro rata for part time

Location Farr Centre, Worksop

Purpose of post

• To support children, young people and teenagers who are impacted by domestic abuse.
• To deliver healthy relationship and domestic abuse awareness packages within schools/agencies to educate young people and enable them to make informed choices.
• To deliver group work (including our specialist escape the trap programme) to children and young people affected by domestic abuse.
• To deliver the Hands are not for Hurting therapeutic programme to children and mothers / female carers.

ESSENTIAL: Certificate/qualification in work relating to children/young people and experience working with child protection and safeguarding.

Interview Date:Tuesday 10th November 2026 at the Farr Centre, Chapel Walk, Westgate, Worksop S80 1LR.
