North Tyneside Council is looking for a compassionate Shared Lives Co-ordinator to support Shared Lives carers and the people they support across North Tyneside. You will manage a caseload, conduct monitoring and wellbeing visits, and review arrangements to keep people safe, positive and person-centred.
