Kites Children's Services is seeking a Team Leader for a residential children’s home in Southend-on-Sea, to guide day-to-day operations and support the young people and the team. This hands-on role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, at least 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, and strong leadership, safeguarding and communication skills to ensure high standards of care.
