Wilderness Way is hiring a Residential Support Worker to help children feel safe, valued and supported in a residential setting. You'll build trusting relationships, create a structured home environment and support education, health and wellbeing.
No two days are the same: you might help with school prep, outdoor activities, meals, or moments of encouragement. A Level 3 qualification is encouraged and a UK driving licence is often required to support access to opportunities for the children.
