CQC Supported Living Worker

What you'll do

• Help customers with everyday tasks like cooking, shopping, budgeting and keeping their home
• Support personal goals and independence as set out in customer support plans
• Assist with appointments, hobbies, college or work
• Provide personal care and medication support where needed
• Complete risk assessments, set goals and review progress

• Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate, or willing to work towards
  Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail
• Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
• Confident using initiative, calm under pressure and resilient

The practical bits

• Temporary (12 months contract), part time (32 hpw).
• Where we're flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion.
• You'll work day shifts, evening shifts (finishing at 8pm), and sleep-in shifts.
• You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
