Youth Mental Health Link Worker (16–25) – Community Recovery

West London NHS Trust is recruiting a 16-25 Community Mental Health Link Worker within the Hounslow Mental Health Integrated Network Teams (MINT). The role focuses on signposting to community resources, enabling referrals, and supporting young people on their recovery journey.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication and compassionate planning skills to empower service users in a diverse and dynamic community setting, working closely with CAMHS and the multidisciplinary team.
