Ann's Care Homes is seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to support residents with daily personal care and wellbeing. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement individualized care plans, ensuring dignity and safety in all activities.
Ideal candidates will have GCSE Maths and English, basic IT skills, excellent communication, and be flexible to work 1:1 shifts, evenings and weekends. Inductions include DoL training and safeguarding procedures.
