Trauma-Informed SEN Learning Support Mentor

SENse Learning is hiring Learning Support Assistants to provide one-to-one mentoring and learning support for young people with SEND across home, school and community settings. Roles include Education Assistant and SEN Teaching Assistant with flexible hours and sessions arranged with parents, carers or schools.

You will build trusting relationships, deliver creative, interest-based activities, and use trauma-informed approaches to help learners develop life skills, confidence and independence.
