Senior Care Assistant — Full-Time, Compassionate Resident Support

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Merlin Court Care Home in Marlborough, Wiltshire. You will support the care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, respectful environment for residents, visitors and staff.

The role requires an NVQ 3 or equivalent, two years’ experience, strong communication, and a flexible, compassionate approach. DBS disclosure will be covered by Avery; eligibility to work in the UK is required.
