Senior Mental Health Clinical Lead (Trauma‑Informed)

Bevan PICU in London is seeking an experienced RMN to join as a part-time Clinical Practice Lead. The post provides clinical leadership within the multidisciplinary team to support safe, compassionate and recovery-focused care in a challenging environment.

A key focus is least restrictive practice, with emphasis on therapeutic engagement, trauma-informed approaches to reduce restrictive interventions and promote patient dignity and recovery.
