THE FORWARD TRUST is seeking a compassionate Outreach Worker to engage with people who are rough sleeping or begging, including those reluctant to engage with services. You will provide assertive street outreach and help individuals access housing, healthcare and mental health services.
Working with partners, you will build trust, maintain records, and contribute to multi-agency planning, offering tailored support and promoting safer, more settled lifestyles.
