Lifeways is seeking caring Recovery Support Workers for our Enhanced Community Recovery supported living service in Barnsley. This full-time role involves helping clients promote independence and their ongoing recovery journey with person-centred care.
You’ll work a flexible rota including early, late and sleep-in shifts, requiring prior experience with mental health needs, strong communication, and IT basics. NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is an advantage but not essential.
