School Nurse: Public Health & Family Care (Flexible Hours)

The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is inviting applications for a Band 6 Nurse to join the School Nursing Service in Wolverhampton. You will work within the Whitmore Reans team to deliver and manage a programme of care for a designated caseload, with NMC registration required and a 37.5 hour week.

You will deliver universal preventative health care through the Healthy Child Programme across educational settings, Health Centres and domiciliary visits, and contribute to improving health outcomes
