5V Video is partnered with a fast-growing TV streaming business that's scaling up its distribution with UK and Irish broadband providers. Their product brings live TV, catch-up and on-demand streaming together in one personalised experience. The UK team runs like a startup, with the backing of a larger European group.

This is a brand-new role and central to their growth. You'll own 10 to 12 broadband partners from contract signature onwards, building relationships with their decision makers and making sure their sales teams are briefed, motivated and selling the TV product alongside broadband. It's a B2B2C role with real influence and plenty of room to bring your own ideas.

What you'll be working on:

• Building relationships with decision makers across 10 to 12 ISP partners
• Planning partner launches across marketing, operations and customer service
• Training and coaching frontline sales teams across retail, telesales, door to door and online
• Creating sales collateral and incentives with the internal marketing team
• Using sales data to track performance, forecast and spot where partners need support

What they're looking for:

• Experience in a B2B2C environment, ideally telco, broadband, TV or utilities
• A track record of working with and training sales teams
• Comfort with data and reporting
• Proactive and independent, with the energy to take ownership
• Experience working with ISPs or broadband providersBuilding sales incentive schemes or sales communities

Important things to know:

• Bonus is split 50% personal KPIs and 50% company performance
• Two-stage interview process: a 1-hour video call, then a 1-hour face-to-face including a 20-minute case study
