You'll lead a dedicated team of tutors, work closely with families and colleagues, and ensure pupils develop the confidence, resilience and academic foundations they need before moving on to Somerset College in Year 9.Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will continue to teach, modelling excellent classroom practice and inspiring young people every day.We are looking for an outstanding teacher with a genuine passion for pastoral leadership.
