The post is hands-on and collaborative: you will model exceptional teaching, coach colleagues, and work with the department and St Gabriel the Archangel CMAT to embed sustainable improvement across the academy.
You will contribute to curriculum development and assessment leadership across the trust while safeguarding the welfare of pupils.
