MHST Expansion & Operations Lead (Essex)

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an experienced Band 8a Operational Manager to lead the MHST expansion across Essex.

Based at Stapleford House, Chelmsford, you will oversee mobilisation of new MHSTs, support EMHPs and trainees, and work with the Head of Service to create a strong operational framework across North Chelmsford, Braintree and Tendring. Frequent travel across the locality is required.
