Junior Sous Chef

We’re looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade at a prestigious luxury hotel just outside North West London.

You’ll be part of a professionally structured kitchen, working with fresh, seasonal produce and supporting the senior team across a busy restaurant operation. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, developing junior chefs and maintaining consistently high standards.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is currently a Junior Sous Chef, or a strong Senior CDP ready to step up
• Comes from a quality restaurant, luxury hotel or similar high-standard kitchen
• Is confident leading a section and supporting junior chefs
• Stays organised and calm during busy services
• Has excellent attention to detail and strong culinary standards
• Is ambitious and looking for genuine long-term progression

Salary: £43,000 per annum

Location: Watford area

Full-time, permanent
