We are looking for a talented and user-focused Product Designer to join our team and help design intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital products. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into simple and effective user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research and analyze user needs, behaviors, and feedback.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design responsive and accessible experiences for web and mobile platforms.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data.
Identify UX issues and propose practical, user-centered solutions.
Ensure consistency across product experiences, interactions, and visual design.
Translate business requirements into clear and engaging product experiences.
Stay updated on current UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.
Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
Strong visual design, interaction design, and problem-solving skills.
Experience designing web and mobile applications.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
