What you will do:

• Lead and manage a skilled team of social workers within the Children & Families division to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements for the Team Manager

A degree or equivalent in social work is essential, alongside a current registration with Social Work England. Significant frontline experience in Children's Services is crucial, along with an ability to lead a team to achieve outstanding results.
