Performance Marketing Specialist (Demand Generation & ABM)

We are partnered with a fast-growing UK payments business powering recurring commerce on a critical hire in their marketing team.

This is a genuine full-funnel role, split around 60% demand generation and 40% ABM. You'll run integrated campaigns across paid LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, email and webinars, own the numbers from MQL to pipeline, and build 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM programmes alongside Sales across verticals like lending, debt collection and subscription.

This is a new role and offers further career progression within the marketing team and wider business.

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 5+ years in B2B demand gen or ABM, ideally fintech, SaaS or payments
• A clear track record of campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
• Comfort building from scratch in a high-growth environment
• Bonus: knowledge of open banking, VRPs or card acquiring
