Protection Advisor

Salary: 34K (DOE) + monthly bonus

Hybrid (3 days at home per week)

Work Pattern - Monday - Saturday (1 Saturday morning in every 3)

We're recruiting for Protection Advisors to join a high-performing financial services team. You'll provide expert advice to customers over the phone, helping them secure the right protection products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising customers on protection products over the phone
• Delivering a high-quality, compliant customer journey
• Building rapport and identifying customer needs
• Working towards sales and quality targets
• Maintaining FCA and regulatory standards
• Achieving set KPI's

What We’re Looking For

• Telesales experience (preferably within Financial service)
• Strong telephone sales and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of FCA regulations
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Flexibility (need to be able to work 1 in 3 Saturdays)
