This role will require one day a fortnight in the office in the West Midlands
We're recruiting an eCommerce Manager for an ambitious and growing SME as they look to continue their investment in their D2C channel.
This is a broad, hands-on digital role with real ownership of the website and its commercial performance and responsibility for a multi-million pound channel. You'll take responsibility for driving online revenue, continually looking at how the website is trading and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer acquisition and overall digital performance.
Alongside eCommerce and trading on a day to day , you'll have oversight of the wider digital acquisition mix - managing CRM activity and working closely with specialist agencies across CRM, PPC, SEO and other performance channels.
As part of an SME, you'll have plenty of autonomy and will be expected to get stuck in - analysing performance, making changes, testing ideas and getting involved across different areas of digital and eCommerce when needed. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has great foundations, a lovely brand and now want to really drive their eCommerce on to the next level. This is a hands on role and will suit someone comfortable working in close knit environment, and very much doing the do with the support one indirect report.
