Executive PA to Senior Director - Prestigious Global Property

I am looking for confident, assertive and driven EA/PAs who are looking for their next step up. You will be supporting a highly respected and very senior director who is at the top of his game. This is a high-level, fast-paced role that involves working with UHNW clients and some of the UK’s most prestigious, high-profile properties. They are looking for a trusted right-hand to provide both professional and occasional private-office support. Amazing benefits!

The Role - Executive PA

• A varied position requiring someone highly organised, discreet and confident working at pace. Responsibilities will include:
• Complex diary, travel and meeting management
• Senior client and stakeholder liaison
• Drafting correspondence, reports, presentations and business documents
• Coordinating property, marketing and administrative activity
• Supporting events, client entertainment and business development
• Maintaining CRM, property and internal systems
• Assisting with compliance, invoicing and reporting
• Managing confidential information and sensitive matters
• General private-office and administrative support

About You

• You will have solid Executive PAexperience, ideally supporting a senior individual in a demanding, client-facing environment.
• Property experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience within professional services, private office, HNWIs, luxury, property or another high-service environment would be relevant.

• Polished and professional with an excellent telephone manner
• Comfortable dealing with HNW clients and senior stakeholders
• Calm under pressure and able to manage changing priorities
