Your Role

We’re looking for a Photographer / Videographer to create story-driven films and photography for luxury real estate, hospitality and destination brands. Working hands‑on from storyboard to final grade, you will capture architecture, interiors and people with intention, delivering films, stills campaigns and social content to a premium standard.

What You’ll Do

• Shoot brand films and photography for luxury residential, hospitality and destination clients
• Plan shoots with our Designers and Marketing team: storyboards, shot lists and treatments
• Set up, light and run shoot days independently, with crew, talent and clients on set
• Edit, grade and finish films and stills to a cinematic standard for digital and campaign use
• Travel to project locations in the UK and internationally as needed

What You’ll Bring

• Professional experience as a photographer and/or videographer, ideally in luxury real estate, architecture, interiors, hospitality or lifestyle
• A portfolio of cinematic brand films and editorial-quality stills
• A strong creative vision and a natural eye for composition, light and pacing
• Confidence with cinema and stills cameras, lenses, lighting and audio kit
• Advanced Adobe skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop)
• Solid post-production: editing, colour grading, retouching and sound
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Clear communication and openness to feedback
• Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks

Nice to have:

• Licensed drone operator.
• Experience with sound recording, interviews and sound design
