Working closely with Property Management, Finance, Client Accounting, Facilities Management, IT teams, and external support partners, you will ensure the platform operates effectively, delivers high-quality data and reporting, and supports business objectives across multiple countries and portfolios. You will also contribute to the evolution of the Yardi support function by improving service desk processes, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and helping to deliver an outstanding user experience.
