Retail Customer Experience Manager

Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to join our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will deliver top customer service and drive standards daily, reporting to the Shop Manager as part of the Shop team.

You will handle bets, cash transactions, product demonstrations and customer support, working toward targets while maintaining shop standards. Typical weekly rota is 17 hours, with shifts across 8am–10pm. Benefits and inclusive culture included.
