Senior Enterprise Client Success & Growth Lead

IUF is seeking a Senior Client Services Executive to support and potentially own a portfolio of client accounts, building relationships and driving account growth across upsell, cross-sell, and referrals for expansion and new business.

You will work under the guidance of a Senior Account Manager (SAM), handling day-to-day communication, service quality, and administration for your accounts while developing judgment to identify opportunities and manage relationships independently.
