Junior Business Analyst & Tester

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related role .
• Good understanding of Business Analysis and SDLC concepts .
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements .
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills.
• Good understanding of databases and data structures.
• Experience with Excel and data analysis.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools .
• Basic understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts .
• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is an advantage.
