Autonomous Estimator – Commercial Construction Tenders

Randstad CPE in Gateshead seeks an experienced Estimator with 5-6 years in commercial construction to own tenders from enquiry through to submission. You will apply robust contract knowledge across JCT D&B and NEC frameworks, handling costings, take-offs, and subcontractor enquiries in a fully office-based role.

You will work closely with the wider commercial and operations teams to ensure accurate bids and seamless handover upon award.
