Regional Area Operations Leader, Water Networks

Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead end-to-end performance across water networks, including Repair and Maintenance. The role is full-time and permanent, with responsibility for a team of up to 30-40 staff across London and the Thames Valley.

You will oversee a budget up to £5m, drive health and safety, ensure reliable service, reduce leakage, and manage contractor relationships to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
