Purpose of the Role:

As a Contextual Safeguarding Coordinator, you will lead the council's approach to tackling risks beyond the family home. Focus on working with communities, schools, and partner agencies to create safer environments and improve outcomes for young people.

What you will do:

• Lead the development and implementation of contextual safeguarding practices across Children's Services.
• Provide expert advice on managing risks in peer groups, schools, and online spaces.

• Lead multi-agency meetings and foster strong partnerships with police, education, health, and community sectors.
