BID Security Operations Lead

Carlisle Support Services is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and deliver the BID’s contracted security operation across assigned sites in the UK. You will deputise for the contract manager, coordinate rosters, monitor frontline teams, and drive performance improvements.

You will work with HR and suppliers, ensure staff training, manage equipment checks and incident responses, and prepare regular operational reports for BID management. A proactive leader with SIA license is essential.
