A national law firm with a strong real estate client base, including the public and not for profit sectors. Teams are large, busy and collaborative.
You will work in a real estate team acting for housing associations, care home operators, pension funds, build to rent operators and developers. You will manage files, draft deeds of covenant, certificates and transfers, report on title, review searches, and handle post completion and Land Registry work.
An established conveyancer, licensed conveyancer or CILEx lawyer with property transaction experience. CILEx lawyers need conveyancing practice rights. At least a 2:2 degree in law or a conversion, strong drafting and organisation, and the ability to work with limited supervision.
Varied real estate work for a strong institutional client base.
