Speak Up Investigation Lead

Standard Life plc is seeking a Speak Up Investigation Manager to lead or support investigations into concerns raised through our Speak Up channels, delivering fair, evidence-based outcomes and strengthening our culture, controls, and ways of working. You will collaborate with stakeholders, provide insights, and help ensure colleagues feel confident to speak up and be heard.

A background in financial services and strong interviewing and analytical skills are preferred.
