A well established full service firm with a strong name in the Thames Valley. It acts for businesses, landowners, families and individuals, and has a steady flow of good quality work.
You will handle contentious probate and trust disputes. That includes Inheritance Act claims, challenges to the validity of wills, disputes with executors and trustees and other estate disputes. You will run your own files and support senior colleagues on larger cases.
3 to 5 years PQE in civil litigation with a good amount of contentious probate work. Some private client exposure is useful but not essential.
Good quality work with senior support and a competitive salary. Part time working will be considered.
