Dual-Skilled Benefits & Risk Consultant (Hybrid)

Everywhen is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant in Southampton on a hybrid basis after probation. You will split time across Group Risk and Private Medical Insurance, gaining structured training, mentoring and a clear progression path from foundational skills to SME status.

You will manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients, driving growth, building relationships and ensuring compliant documentation, with full support and access to industry experts.
