SC Cleared NOC Analyst – First Line Support

Robertson Sumner Ltd is recruiting a NOC Analyst on a hybrid basis to support a prestigious account in Gloucestershire. You'll respond to incidents via phone, email, monitoring tools and portals, troubleshoot networking issues, and drive incidents to resolution.

Candidates should have strong Cisco networking experience across routing, switching and wireless, CCNA or Fortinet certification, and be comfortable with security tech such as ASA, ISE, Firepower and FortiOS.
