I’m recruiting for a Cloud & AI Application Administrator to join a leading global client. This is a hands-on role managing a growing portfolio of enterprise SaaS and AI-enabled applications, ensuring they are secure, well governed, cost-effective and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day administration, configuration and performance of cloud and AI applications.
• Oversee user provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access controls and SSO integration.
• Monitor subscriptions, platform usage and API consumption, identifying cost anomalies and savings.
• Support security and legal audits through access controls, audit logs and policy compliance.
• Work with business users, vendors and internal teams to improve adoption of approved tools and reduce shadow IT.

They’re looking for:

• Strong experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms, including GenAI or automation tools.
• Good knowledge of RBAC, SSO, provisioning workflows and cloud application security.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, integrations, monitoring and reporting.
• Experience overseeing SaaS licences, billing and usage.
• The ability to explain technical issues clearly and work across cybersecurity, compliance, procurement and operations.
