Double Impact is seeking a Senior IPS Employment Specialist to lead employment support across North Lincolnshire and North-East Lincolnshire. You will supervise IPS Specialists, manage a 10–15 client caseload and build strong relationships with local employers to create opportunities for clients.
You will drive fidelity to IPS principles, monitor outcomes, and coordinate training and improvement initiatives across the team.
