Inclusion & Placements Manager

Ark Victoria Academy, on behalf of the Central Collegiate network, seeks an Inclusion Manager to promote inclusion and support vulnerable pupils across Birmingham schools. The role works with leaders, pastoral teams and the Local Authority to ensure on-site pupils receive guidance and opportunities to succeed in education.

You will coordinate placements, monitor transitions, engage with families, and use data to respond to concerns, helping schools reduce exclusions and improve placement
