Seetec is seeking a Business Manager to lead the Youth Job Guarantee programme across Somerset, Gloucestershire, and West England. You will guide Team Leaders and Advisors, focus on performance, quality and safeguarding while building strong employer partnerships. Expect a highly accountable, target-driven role with a competitive salary.
Location-based role with 37 hours per week and regular reviews. Experience in employability sectors and MS 365 will be advantageous. DBS checks may be required.
