We are keen to speak with qualified and newly qualified Residential Surveyors who are interested in developing their careers within private Residential Survey work.

The Opportunity

The roles are focused predominantly on private Residential Survey workflow , including:

RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Reports
RICS Level 3 Building Surveys
Private client instructions
Residential property inspections and reporting

These opportunities will appeal to Surveyors who enjoy the practical and technical aspects of Residential Surveying, undertaking property inspections and preparing detailed reports for private clients.

Who Are We Looking For?

MRICS / AssocRICS Residential Surveyors seeking a new opportunity
Experienced Surveyors looking for a change of environment or a new challenge
Newly qualified Residential Surveyors looking to establish themselves in the profession
Candidates who have qualified through SAVA or other recognised Surveying routes
