Head of Property Management - Lead Growth & Excellence

Julian Wadden in Stockport is seeking a Department Head of Property Management to lead the Property Management function, drive performance, culture and strategic direction. This is a full-time, permanent role at our Stockport office.

You will set KPIs across retention, renewals, rent reviews and income; mentor Team Leaders, Property Managers and Inspectors; manage complex complaints and key client relationships; and drive growth with a focus on retention and customer experience.
